(a) All items are subject to availability.

(b) We will notify you if an item is unavailable at the time of processing your order and if applicable will refund any payment made by you.

(c) When we provide you with an order confirmation, we will provide you with a date on which we anticipate the products will be delivered to you (Estimated Delivery Date).

(d) We will use best endeavors to supply the items purchased by you on the Estimated Delivery Date, however it is just  an estimation.

(e) When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

(e) It might not be possible for us to deliver the items to your nominated address. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details you provided to us when you placed your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative address.

(f) You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the items.

(g) Local, inter-state and international orders will be processed and shipped in accordance with our choice of packaging.

(h) We will nominate the carrier who will be responsible for delivery of products purchased by you and instruct them to deliver the items to the address specified by you in your order.

(j) You hereby irrevocably appoint the carrier to be your agent for the purposes of taking delivery of your items on your behalf, and deliver same to you.

(k) We shall not be liable to you, or in breach of these terms by reason of any delay in delivery of the items, where the delay was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  1. an unreasonable refusal by you to accept delivery; or
  2. a delay on behalf of the carrier.

l) All purchases from titibelo.com are made in accordance with the Terms and Conditions found on the website. Upon delivery of your items to the carrier, you will assume risk of loss as well as ownership of items purchased through the website, and you will be responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

m) To ensure that your order is delivered and received safely, a signature at the time of delivery will be required on all orders. If you will not be home during the day to receive a signature required package, we suggest that you opt to have the package delivered to your place of business.

n) If you refuse delivery of an order you’ve placed, it will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

o) Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that includes the DHL tracking number for your package.
