RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

We hope that you are happy with all of your TITI BELO purchases, but if you are not, returning is simple.

We will gladly issue a refund/Exchange on your return within 7 days(Local) 28 days(International) from the date you received your order.

Shipping fees are non refundable and you will be responsible for shipping your returns to our Nigerian Address.

Original shipping fees are only refunded in the case of faulty items. See below for our policy on faulty items.

After an exchange item is decided You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item and shipping an exchanged item back to you. Please use only DHL for international returns. We can generate a shipping waybill for you at your expense.

We are happy to ACCEPT returns that are Unused/Unworn/Unaltered and Unwashed in original TITI BELO (Tags and All) packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please contact our customer care team by emailing info@titibelo.com if you have any further questions.

Please have the invoice of purchase to ensure the exchange is validated, as item(s) without invoices will not be accepted.

SALE RETURNS

SALE items do not qualify for a refund unless deemed faulty due to an error from our team. They can be returned within the specified time-frame for a credit note - valid for 6 months.

Items bought on CLEARANCE cannot be returned.

We do not refund on SALE items for "change of mind" We offer a credit note on all returned sale items. If you wish to exchange for another item, you can use this Credit Note to purchase the new item(s) and if additional payment is required for the new item this will be paid at checkout.

REPEATED RETURNS

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience simple and enjoyable. We monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your titibelo.com account.

LATE RETURNS

Your purchase should be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your order for local and 28 days for international. Returns after this period are accepted at the discretion of TITI BELO.

GARMENT CONDITIONS

Please take care when trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all TITI BELO tags still attached.

FAULTY ITEMS

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you may return it for a refund. Please return any faulty item to us within 7 days of receiving your order for local and 28 days for international.

We will gladly accept a return of full price, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged merchandise. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.  All garments are dispatched with attached tags and hygiene stickers if applicable. If the tag or hygiene sticker is removed, the item no longer qualifies for return.

OTHERS

  • Any garments returned to us with stains (e.g. makeup/ fake tan/ other markings) or garments that have a strong odor (perfume etc.) or have been dry cleaned or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. TITI BELO reserves the right to deny a refund, credit note or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.
  • Full priced items returned to us outside of the 7/28 day time frame but within 30 days of receipt will receive a credit note as long as the items are in original condition.
  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the garment is faulty or we have sent an incorrect item. You must contact us within 24hours of RECEIVING your item to receive authorization for any such return.
  • We cannot exchange or refund items purchased through our stockists or other online retail stores. Items must be returned to the original place of purchase.
  • We do not refund against Gift Cards, Credit Notes or E-Vouchers. Only one credit note per order is allowed.
  • We thoroughly inspect all garments prior to dispatch and advise customers to contact us within 24 hours if they believe that their item may be faulty. If possible we also request that you send us an image of the 'fault'.
  • Please ensure that you have notified us that you are returning a faulty item and sought authorization for the return.
  • If the garment is worn even though it shows clear signs of 'fault', the customer has accepted the item in the condition it was received and the item is no longer eligible for refund or exchange. Garments that are returned as ‘faulty’ will be inspected immediately they are received and an email notifying you of the outcome will be sent within 5 days.
  • Garments damaged while being tried on will not be refunded or exchanged.

Goods are deemed faulty if:

  1. the goods are damaged when the customer receives them
  2. the goods show a distinct manufacturing fault
  • Garments that have been dry cleaned, altered or garments that have any attempt at repair made by the customer or registered alteration specialist do not qualify for return.

Credit notes are processed according to the amount of the items less any promotional discounts etc.

ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM RECEIPT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.
